The Guy who knows a Guy.
Being relatively new to Australia and being a first home buyer in my life, I was anything but confused about everything. After being referred by a close friend as 'Trust worthy'.. I met Mike & from there on I say, it was more than just a Business Deal... he understood me & my situation & provided every bit of information, support & guidance throughout the process it even meant answering my silly messages at very odd hours. My home needed bit touches & little aesthetic finishes.... like I said, 'The Guy who knows a Guy'.. he referred some tradies that did the job with quality at an unbelievably competitive price.

A good agent. Enthusiastic and friendly. Made buying our first home easy and was happy to fill I the blanks for us. Buying your first home can be daunting but Mike made it enjoyable. We didn't just buy a house we found a home!!

I'm not really great at these things, but Mike did a great job. While very few people attended the home opens being a slow market, he sold my house in 4 or 5 weeks within asking range when the first offer was $15k under the range. He managed to negogiate the buyer up into range quickly. He was friendly, positive and worked hard to market and sell the property and kept me involved along the way. Thank Mike - much appreciated.

Would have Mike sell a house for us again!
Mike has been positive through the lengthy sale of our property. He was continually communicating with us, holding home opens, providing individuals with private inspections and ensuring we always knew what was going on. He moved the sprinklers for us when he was at the property and collected the mail - he went above and beyond to ensure that we had every opportunity to sell our house. In a tough market he was realistic and encouraging. We would not hesitate to recommend Mike to other sellers and would certainly utilise his services again when we need to sell or buy property.

We would without doubt recommend Mike as an agent who would get the job done of selling your house .We were gratefull of the advice he gave us and his knowledge of the area and the price he was able to sell our house was one that we were very happy with.Very hard working and went out of his way to get the best price for us.Friendly,always kept us up to date and nothing was too much trouble for him to do.Our house was sold and went through without any hiccups.We would say he is the number 1 agent for selling houses.
