Mike was a great agent when we decided to sell our property. Mike was very knowledgeable with the current market in our Suburb and gave us a realistic price point. To our surprise we achieved over the asking price and this was all thanks to Mike. In this current market that is very rare these days and we did not expect to get over the asking price! Mike advertised our house very well to his consumers and got great attention towards our house. I would highly recommend Mike if you are wanting to sell your house.

House Sold in a few days! Great Experience
We had seen Mike's advertisements around the neighborhood over the past year or so however it wasn't until we noticed the house across the street change from "FOR SALE" to "UNDER OFFER" within 2 days that we really considered selling up ourselves.
Being that Mike had sold that one and got a great price we made the call and it was such a good decision.
Mike has a sound knowledge of the area and knew the right marketing strategy and pricing bracket to ensure a smooth sale.
We got the sale price we were looking for and the buyer got our beautiful first home.
Our home was under offer within a week, without as much as a home open!
I would highly recommend Mike's services to anyone that is considering selling their home.

I was with another agent for 4 months and did not have 1 offer to consider. mike came into my place of work to purchase electrical goods and we had a chat about my house being unable to sell. he asked me to let him have a go and was full of confidence on getting me an offer within a few weeks. true to his word he came up with an offer, he was very helpful and very enthusiastic in his efforts and gave me and my wife Sandra 110% we will recommend mike to get a result very quickly .

I found Mike to be an excellent Agent who was easy to get along with. He was a good listener and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was a great negotiator and certainly strived to obtain the best selling price possible for my unit at Banksia Grove. . Because of Mike I was able to afford to live my dream and move to Tasmania. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone!!

Cheese and wine winners!
Mike sold our house at the second home open in a slow market. The idea of a wine and cheese evening home open was brilliant! That evening we got a great offer on our home which meant it was only on the market for 6 days!! Two very happy clients!!
