Adriana began her real estate career in 2017, following more than a decade in customer service where she developed a strong understanding of client needs and a commitment to excellence. Before joining Rize Real Estate, she spent five years as a Property Manager, refining her skills in managing homes, supporting landlords, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Since 2022, Adriana has proudly served in a Customer Care role at Rize Real Estate, where her extensive experience, industry knowledge, and genuine passion for helping people shine through. Dedicated to providing personalised, attentive service, Adriana ensures that buyers and sellers enjoy a seamless, stress-free experience.
In her role, she oversees the day-to-day running of the business, manages and supports the team, and plays an active role in developing new initiatives and projects to improve systems, processes, and overall service delivery. Her strong organisational skills and eye for detail mean that nothing slips through the cracks, allowing Rize to consistently deliver a seamless experience for every client.
Outside of work, Adriana enjoys hitting the road with her husband, son, and Border Collie in their caravan. Whether it’s a weekend by the coast or a new spot in the WA outback, she loves exploring, relaxing with family, and soaking up the simple joys of life.
